About 

I am Sarah Bayliss a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist with over 200 hours of clinical experience. I am passionate about nutrition and wellbeing and today work with individuals to help them live better with food, find their natural balance to feel and achieve their best. 

What I offer:

Private nutrition consultation packages designed to achieve goals, support health concerns, and optimise nutritional status tailored to fit with your lifestyle.  The consultation includes a comprehensive health review, diet and lifestyle review, plus analysis of any recent blood work. Based in Bristol, available to travel or consult over video conferencing.

I will then devise a bespoke, nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to fit your needs. Providing on-going support throughout your journey with unlimited contact and tools; including meal plans, recipes, shopping guides. I may also support you with a bespoke supplementation plan and may recommend functional testing to further understand your unique biochemistry, identifying any underlying issues to deeper inform our programme.

My story:

My story starts with the question, “how good should you really feel”?
I graduated in London with a 1st class honours degree in marketing that led to a career in marketing and events. Fast paced, long hours, stressful and highly demanding, I essentially was living for the weekends whereby I would reward myself with social drinking occasions with friends burning the candle at both ends. I was stressed, sleep deprived, nutrient deprived with erratic eating habits. Little did I know that my lifestyle and diet choice was driving poor digestion, poor sleep, fluctuations in weight and imbalanced hormones, as well as lower mental and physical performance.

During my career I stepped away from agency world to a corporate setting for a year. The job was a less stressful with less demands, I naturally shifted my eating behaviour with little effort, ate regular balanced meals, exercised and my overall health improved, I lost weight and felt great. The reduced stress and balanced eating spurred me on to consider health and wellbeing more seriously and understand more about my body.

In 2012 I fell pregnant with my daughter, we left London and moved to Bristol and this really was the beginning of my nutrition journey and shift in wellbeing. Carrying a child enabled me to reconsider my work and my health. My daughter was born in 2013, in 2016 I enrolled with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and studied Nutritional Therapy and have never looked back, I have over 200 hours of clinical experience and graduated with a distinction in Nutritional Therapy.
